Condensation on inside of glass or frame surfaces is not considered a defect & should condensation be found to be the cause of water leakage reported, a service call & milage will be charged back to the original dealer.

All sealed insulating glass units we use are guaranteed to be free of material obstruction & film formation between the interior surfaces of the glass for a period of 10 years.
